This Week

This week’s deals point to a broader push toward platform expansion and integration across real-estate technology. Digs, ATIS, CoStar and Nayax are all using capital or acquisitions to add capabilities, connect workflows or extend existing platforms, while Volve is funding product development and European expansion. For buyers, the practical question is less who raised or spent the most and more how these moves change integrations, product scope and vendor roadmaps.

SERIES A · CONSTRUCTION TECH

Digs — $25.3M Series A plus Builders FirstSource deal

ACQUISITION · PARKING & PAYMENTS

Nayax — agrees to acquire IPS Group for $350M

IPS Group provides smart-parking payments and operations technology used by municipalities, universities and private parking operators.

Nayax signed a definitive agreement to acquire IPS Group for $350 million in cash.

BUYER WATCH
Because this is an agreement rather than a completed acquisition, customers should focus on the eventual integration plan for payments and parking software rather than assume immediate product changes.

One thing to watch

Integration is becoming the real buyer question. Digs is tying new funding to a long-term commercial relationship with Builders FirstSource, while ATIS, CoStar and Nayax are each adding software or data capabilities through acquisition. For buyers, the key issue is whether those combinations simplify workflows and expand useful functionality without creating new migration, interoperability or support complexity.

That’s it for this week.
