What buyers should watch

1. Separate roadmap promises from usable capabilities. Newforma says rollout details for Lumi-powered Konekt analytics will follow, while Prophetic’s multifamily tools launched in beta. Confirm what is production-ready, what remains in testing, and which use cases are supported before including these capabilities in a purchase decision.

2. Check what your integrations and subscription support. Property Meld’s initial rollout covers AppFolio-integrated customers, with MAX Verify available through Property Meld Ops. Altrio’s Sourcing agent is rolling out to Pro and Enterprise customers at no additional cost. Establish what your existing package includes and what implementation work is required.

That’s it for this week.
